Here is  avery helpful tool for all you IE XHTML (ok, and HTML) developers out there, a toobar that has functionality of the greatest importance, including a feature similiar to my IE Resizing script - which allows you to test the design layout in any browser size you wish. There is also a DOM outline, to help with coding DHTML (or AJAX if you wish).
